Hey! As he's a canon character, it's no problem that Percy keeps all the abilities he's gained over the series as up to and including The Last Olympian, though he'd definitely be better trained with the abilities he uses more often and that should be reflected. And he does even get to keep Mrs. O' Leary, we built a special pen for her at camp :)
